Interestinly enough, that same day I believe, Branda Barnes (CPRN) on NPR&#039;s Forum stated that they only went after stations that were on the market.   thought it quite telling that when asked why he did not allow staffers/community/students to buy KUSF, he retorted, &quot;Why didn&#039;t you make me an offer.... take the initiative?&quot;  Bit of a Freudian slip I think...
