Your SFMOMA Collection

On August 20th I shared the results of a One Day Artist Residency that took place at SFMOMA. The post can viewed HERE. Following his tenure at the museum, Chris Sollars acquired three bags from the SFMOMA MuseumStore and has made a collection of ephemera from his residency. Each bag (found on-site) contains objects and photographs (prints) documenting the actions made by Sollars while in residence at the museum. These collections will be given away this coming Friday, September 17th, at 4 p.m. Simply enter the museum and locate the artist wearing the same striped shirt in front of the same painting in the photograph above. The first three museum visitors to approach the artist requesting a coat check ticket will be given the claim receipt and can then proceed to the lobby to obtain their very own collection of artworks from the SFMOMA. Please consider taking part in this action and work of art, by entering the museum not only to view artwork, but to participate and acquire a collection for your own home.

This Friday, September 17th, at 4 p.m. Locate Chris Sollars and request a coat check claim ticket. Proceed downstairs to obtain your collection.
