Lots of enthusiasm for this lively speech about Matisse. I’m a Matisse (and the Fauvism style) fan myself and he’s been an inspiration for my own painting for years but this brings an interesting new light on this period of his life. The dream of all painter, having clients fighting (elegantly in this case) over their paintings…
